He was predeceased by : his parents, William Mullen and Martha Moore Mullen; and his siblings, Martha, Winifred, Nina, Patricia, Mary Ann, Homer, Hilbert, Chester, Lloyd, William and Louis.
He is survived by : his wife Lois L. King Mullen; his children, Elizabeth Hayden (Terry) of Lexington, KY, Rebecca Mullen of Waterford, MI, Michelle Kale (Roger) of Alliance, Julian King of Palm Springs, CA, Douglas A. Mullen (Nancy) of Salem, Paul Mullen (Marge) of Grafton, WV and Samuel Mullen (Keith) of Deland, FL; his grandchildren, Serena, Aiden, Christina, Melissa, Nathan, Rachel, Jennifer, Deborah, Ron, Kelly, Dan, Brian, Emery, Ian, Adam, Erika and Tyler; and his brother Donald of Indiana. He is also survived by 27 great grandchildren.
