He was predeceased by : his parents, Anthony Billet and Antoinette Mowry Billet; his wife Beverly Jean Gluckner; and his sister Anita Briden. He is survived by : his sons, Andrew J. Billet (Bobbie) of Salem and Thomas V. Billet (Katie) of Alliance; his grandson Joseph Billet (Stephanie); his great grandchildren, Henry and Bethany; his grandson Andrew Billet (Bronwyn); his great grandchild Bruce; his grandchild Kelly Bogunovich (Dan); his great grandchild Daniel; and his granddaughter Anna Strouble (Lucas).

Memorial tributes may be made to the Mt. Calvary Cemetery Association or the St. Patrick Catholic Church Food Pantry.
