It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nicholas Crookston (Leetonia, Ohio), born in Salem, Ohio, who passed away on October 2, 2018, at the age of 30, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by : his wife Bobbi Crookston of Salem; his son Thomas Crookston of East Palestine; his parents, Cindy Hill (Richard) of Leetonia and Douglas Crookston Sr. of Kissimmee, FL; and his siblings, Angela Nail of New Waterford, Matt Merino of Huston, TX, Shaun Crookston of Negley and Douglas Crookston Jr. of Kissimmee.

Donations may be made directly to the funeral home to help offset funeral expenses.
