He was predeceased by : his parent Walter L.. He is survived by : his parent Nellie J. Gump Hawkins; his sister Martha Jackson of Leetonia; his nephews, James Grubbs (Alice) of Leetonia and Jason Grubbs; and his niece Candace Grubbs. He is also survived by nieces and one great great nephew.
