With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Josefina Chavez of Leipsic, Ohio, who passed away on September 6, 2018 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Genaro Sr. Castillo and Eduvijes Castillo (Hernandez); her daughter Mrythala Calderon (Emiliano); her grandsons, Leroy Chavez and Bernardo Rincón; her great great grandchild Maya Marie Schroeder; and her siblings, Francisco Castillo (Esperanza), Genaro Castillo (Emelia), Juventino Castillo (Eva), Alberto Castillo (Julia) and Rosario Castillo (Alcadio) of Muñoz.
She is survived by : her husband Pedro G. Chavez; her children, Rosaura Hernandez (Esmael) of Leipsic, Perla Chavez (Steve) of Pandora, Ohio and Pedro Chavez Jr. of Alto, Georgia; her grandchildren, Belyna Rodriguez (Rolando), Priscilla Baney (Destine), Katrina Perez (Juan), Shannon Baney, Adrian Chavez and Emilio Calderón (Sulema); and her brothers, Leopoldo Castillo (Ofelia) and Lauro Castillo (Esperanza). She is also survived by Twenty-two great-grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.
