He is survived by: his wife Cynthia; his children, Michelle Broad of Findlay, Brian Collins of Powell, Stephanie Bennett of Powell, Chad Fackler of Deshler and Shannon Janczewski of Deshler; his pet Hank; his close friends, Murphy, Max and Sophie; and his sister Cindy Isom (Kenneth) of Pulaski, VA.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
