He is survived by : his wife Mary Nancy Carnes (Ross); his children, Glenna Reynolds, William "Bill" Carnes Sr. (Lee Ann) and Melissa Macy (Dale); his grandchildren, Jennifer Simason (Shane), William Scott Macy (Stacia), Samuel Macy, William Carnes Jr., Benjamin Reynolds and Luke Reynolds; his great grandchildren, Elijah Simason and Nicco Macy; and his sisters-in-law, Norma Larison and Betty Haddix. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
