She was predeceased by : her father Walter Shanks (Ethel); her husband Bobby Haworth; and her sister Barbara Williamson (Ben). She is survived by : her children, Joey Haworth and Daniel Haworth (Robin); her granddaughter Ashley Evans (Nathan); her great grandchildren, Brilee Evans and Kolton Evans; her sister Debora Shanks-Foster (Shawn); her nephews, Seth and Wyatt; her brother Waltler E. Shanks, Jr.; her nieces and nephews, Collin, Ryan and Jeff Steinke (JoAnn); and also Shirley Rupp. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
