With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leonard F. Fultz of Lewisburg, Ohio, born in Frenchburg, Kentucky, who passed away on August 21, 2020 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Leonard F. Fultz to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, John Fultz and Erie Fultz (Steele). He is survived by : his wife Wanna A. Fultz (Ledford); and his siblings, Maxine Welch, Clayton Fultz, Curtis Fultz, Lilly Claudette Fultz, Delma Dennis, Stella Stamper, Porter Fultz, James Fultz of Frenchburg, KY and Shirley Fultz of Blanchard, ID.

All are invited to come and are encouraged to social distancing while attending the service.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
