She was predeceased by : her parents, Guy C. Palmer and Ruth L. Palmer (Riley); her husband Charles Arnold Manning; her son Tyree O Manning; her siblings, Guy William Palmer and Patricia Ratz; and her niece Becky Palmer.

She is survived by : her children, Shawn O (David Girard), Stacy O Manning and Shayne O; her daughter-in-law Alleen Manning; her sister Leslie Slorp (Bill); her sister-in-law Geyneal Palmer; her grandchildren, Uriah Garwood, Ashley Morgan (Jason), Brad Girard (Melissa), Anthony Pizzo, Jr., Michelle Girard and Michaela Manning; and her great grandchildren, Garrett Hutchison, Charlie Mullet, Wyatt Garwood, Anthony Pizzo, III, Oaklyn Girard and Adeline Girard.
