She was predeceased by : her parents, Jerry Lee and Kathi Lee Koeller (Dunham). She is survived by : her son David Lee Fasick; her sisters, Nancy L. Koeller and Teresa L. Hartman (Kenneth); her uncle Jack W. Koeller; and her aunt Penny Windham. She is also survived by 2 grandsons and Cousins.
