He was predeceased by : his parents, Arthur Edward and Rosetta Ballard (Wilson); his wife Bernice E. Ballard; his son Donnie Ballard; and his siblings, Charlotte Niswonger, Ricky Ballard and Danny Ballard.
He is survived by : his children, Bill Ballard (Jill), Michael Ballard (Kendra), Paul Ballard and Christina Collier (Ken); his grandchildren, Jeremy, Lauren, Morgan, Mark, Dylan, Isaiah, Kaitlyn, Kenny, Angel, Naomi and Gideon; his siblings, John Ballard (Donna), Eddie Ballard and Susan Grover; and his sister-in-law Carmen Ballard. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
