She was predeceased by: her parents, William Rudolph and Lovena Rudolph (Echelbarger); her husband Terry Bowers; and her stepfather Albert Lance. She is survived by: her children, LuAnn Bowers and Tim Bowers (Stacy); her grandchildren, Emma, Audrey and Meredith; her brother James Rudolph; and her stepsisters, Linda Kitchen, Tina Manning and Sue Mottashed.
