The memory of Jade Nicole Simmons of Liberty Township, Ohio, born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on April 15, 2024 at the age of 15, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by : her great-grandparents, Nancy Newman, Donald Newman and Dorothy Baker; and her cousin Michael Hogue. She is survived by : her mother Danielle Simmons; her siblings, JJ, Roland, Connor, Olivia, Aiden, Damien and Sam; her grandparents, Donna Meister, Candace, Shawn Schnee and Sara LaRock; her great-grandparent Dale Meister Sr.; her aunts and uncles, Taylor, Adam Valenzuela, Andrew McCarty, Steven McCarty, Hunter Schnee, Tia Brinkman and Amandah Simmons; and her great-uncles and great-aunts, Cheri, Mike Hogue, Randy Newman, Kelly Meister, Jason, Michelle Meister and Jami Baker-Coleman.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hodapp Funeral Homes - Liberty Township (6410 Cincinnati Dayton Rd, Liberty Township, OH 45044). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
