Retha Gayle Johnson Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Retha Gayle Johnson of Liberty Township, Ohio, born in Ashland, Kentucky, who passed away on July 12, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Johnson; her son Floyd Wayne Adkins; her son-in-law Patrick Lee Adkins (Cynthia Ruth Wilson); her grandchildren, Tammi Cook, Amanda Adkins, Tiffany Matthews and Chester Ray Adkins; her great grandchild Faith; her stepdaughter Michelle Kleinmann (Mike); and her stepgrandchildren, Madisen and Wyatt.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Hodapp Funeral Homes - Liberty Township (6410 Cincinnati Dayton Rd, Liberty Township, OH 45044). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location. The inurnment was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Oak Hill Cemetery (11200 Princeton Pike, Cincinnati, OH 45246).
