She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Kris Adams. She is survived by: her significant other Stephen Watson; her parents, Cecilia Yurchey (Frank) and Don Hayward (Carol); her brothers, David Hayward (Kristy) and Matthew Huelsman (Amber); and her siblings' children, Kelsey Hayward, Risa Hayward, Elizabeth Huelsman and Benjamin Huelsman.
