He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert and June Klopp. He is survived by: his parents, Phillip E. Crumrine (Connie) and Sandra J. Klopp Crumrine; his son Gage Aaron (Gabby); his granddaughter Penelope Rose; his sister Shannon Crumrine (Dustin); his nephew Landon; his nieces, Hannah and Mia Prince of Reynoldsburg; and his grandparents, Richard and Joanne Crumrine.

In Lieu of flowers, contributions may be given to St. Matthew Lutheran Church 5050 St. Matthew Blvd. Cridersville, OH 45806.
