She was predeceased by: her brothers, James Lee and Leamuel Lee. She is survived by: her spouses, Louis E. Smith and Dale B. Foltz Sr.; and her children, Loretta Allen of Beckley, WV, Linda Niemeyer (Mike) of Lima, Jean Salinas of Leipsic, Sharon Bayliff (Kevin) of Uniopolis, Walter Oliver of Jonesville, VA and Ronald D. Smith (Lori) of Fairlawn. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.
