She is survived by: her children, Annette Goodwin (Terry) of St. Marys, OH, Martin Dean Monroe of Louisa, VA, Steve Monroe (Amy) of Charlotte, NC and Christopher Monroe of Fredericksburg, VA; and her sister Cheryl Briggs of Lima, OH.. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren 7 great-grandchildren.
