It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Annette Shorter (Lima, Ohio), who passed away on September 28, 2020, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Shorter and Minnie Mae Shorter (Vann); and her sisters, Debra Ann Shorter, Geraldine Shorter and Patricia A. Shorter.

She is survived by: her daughters, Vermetha T. Shorter of Lima and Danielle T. Shorter of Lima; her nephew William D. Harmon of Lima; her granddaughter Ziniyah Z. Shorter of Lima; and her sisters, Diane Shorter, Georgianne Shorter and Florene Cowan (Minister Hayes) of Lima. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
