He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Perrine (Bowers) and Dominic Perrine; and his sister JoAnn Schulien (Tom). He is survived by: his spouse Sylvia Houser; his children, Stephanie Garber (Russ), Vince Perrine (Tracy Marshall) and Beth JoAnn Perrine; his granddaughters, Jordan, Chloe and Meghan Garber; his sister Elaine Harris; and his brother-in-law Jerry Harris.

After a saddening, sudden and rapid decline due to Alzheimer's, his family cared for him until the very end.
