He was predeceased by: his parents, Odie Plaugher and Dortha Plaugher (Kettimon); and his brother Karlton Plaugher. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Hall Plaugher; his children, Roger Plaugher (Rosemary) of Bluffton, Randall Plaugher (Teresa) of Wapakoneta, Susan Kaufman (Keith) of Columbus and Mary Plaugher of Stockton, California; his grandchildren, Kyle Dray, Charlie Dray (Billi), Samantha Miller (Eric), Jacob Kaufman, Alex Kaufman, Sarah Plaugher and Michael Plaugher; and his sisters, Harriet Hall of Lima, Katy Turner of Waynesfield, Janet Young (Russell) of Harrod and Luella DuVernay of Coeur. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
