He was predeceased by: his daughter-in-law Pat Brutzer; and his brother Walter A. Brutzer. He is survived by: his wife Irene F. Brutzer (Miller); his children, David A. Brutzer, Rebecca A. Bluem (Mel) and Linda J. Brutzer; his granddaughters, Lacha Noward (Brent), Ashley Carmon (Beau) and Jessica Bluem; and his sisters-in-law, Diane Brutzer and Evelyn Sarber.
In lieu of flowers charitable donations may be made to First Evangelical and Reformed Church, Lima Rescue Home or the charity of the donor's choice.
