She was predeceased by: her siblings, E. T. Rigel, Kenneth Rigel, Herman Rigel, Lila Mortimer, Rosemary Caudill and Laverne Guthrie; her grandson Kurt Rummel; and her great grandchild Finnegan Rummel.
She is survived by: her parents, Jacob Rigel and Mellie Rigel (Kirkpatrick); her spouse Charles Mason Bailey; her children, Charles E. Bailey of Lima and Sharon Lee Rummel (Gary) of Harrod; her siblings, Robert Rigel of Stuart, Florida and Mellie Hendricks of Owosso, MI; and her grandchildren, Eric Rummel (Julie), Dirk Rummel (Lisa), Heidi Lee Fuller (Kris) and Jeffery Bailey (Amy).
