She is survived by: her children, Jodie Johnson (Stephen) of Lima and Keith Mumper (Amy) of Lima; and her siblings, Barbara Binkley of Lima, Beverly Zizelman of Celina, Jim Cady (Lesley) of Bowling Green and David Cady (Pat) of Lima. She is also survived by four grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
