With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Jo Maxwell of Lima, Ohio, born in Hot Springs, Arkansas, who passed away on April 19, 2022 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Kassaw (Berry); her husband Donald Maxwell; and her siblings, Lillian White, Robert Lee Kassaw and William C. Kassaw.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Jean Janis (William) of Lima and Lela Jo Maxwell of Lima; her sisters-in-law, Jane Kassaw of Van Wert, OH and Sally Kassaw; her close friend Paul W. Pierson, Jr. of Lima; her pets, Coco and Cassie; and her grandchildren, Stubbie, Peanut, Sadie, Tiger, Kristal and Roscoe.
