She was predeceased by: her spouse Dwight Charles Kunkleman; her son Paul D. Kunkleman; her siblings, Maxine Frail, Thomas E. Frail (Carolyn), Donald F. Frail, James E. Frail and Marion J. "Peck" Frail; her sisters-in-law, Marilyn Frail and Betty Frail; and her grandchildren, Jonathan Kunkleman, Steve Kunkleman and Sylvia Hamlin.
She is survived by: her sons, David F. Kunkleman (Daniel) of Mansfield, OH, Larry Jay Kunkleman (Barbara) of Elida, Timothy Wayne Kunkleman (Kay) of Lima and Gregg Eugene Kunkleman of Lima; and her sister-in-law JoAnna Frail of Lima. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, thirty four great-grandchildren.
