He is survived by: his wife Marion "Sue" Blevins of Lima, OH; his children, Jerry Allen Blevins (Rhonda) of Lima, OH, Carey Blevins (Leah) of Lima, OH and Robert Blevins of Marion, NC; his siblings, Pat Blevins of Huntington, WV, Edward Blevins (Gail) of Tucson, AZ and Donna Thompson (Calvin) of Smicksburg, PA; and his grandchildren, Aaron Blevins (Kassidee), Adam Blevins (Jennifer), Eric Blevins and Britney Blevins.
