He was predeceased by: his daughters, Maryann Kaiser and Sherry Lynn Beville (Dennis). He is survived by: his spouse Patsy Nichols (Allen); his children, Peggy Nicholson (Jason), Jeffrey Lee Nichols and Michael Nichols; his son-in-law Kenn Kaiser; and his sister Margaret Gossard. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Salvation Army.
