It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl W. Koch (Lima, Ohio), who passed away on June 19, 2018, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brother Bruce M. Koch. He is survived by: his sister Freda L. Koch; his aunt Phyllis Koch; and also Starla Huffer (Thomas).
