She is survived by: her sons, Thad Chaffin (Toni) of Sidney and Michael Todd Chaffin of Lima; her granddaughters, Carly Ratcliff, Brittany Phillips and Kaitlyn Chaffin; her great grandchildren, Bailey and Kaylee Allen; and her siblings, Carlene Hughes, Betty Justice and Buck Copas.
