He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Foster Irvin and Agnes Irvin (Culp); his wife Aileen Vandemark; his daughter Elaine Offenbacher (Donald) of Elida; his grandchildren, John Offenbacher (Elsa), Mark Offenbacher (Kirstin) of Fishers, IN and Christine Offenbacher of Toledo; and his siblings, Donald Irvin (Mary) of Elida and Thelma Behn (Allen). He was also cherished by 4 Great-Grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Putnam County Hospice.
