He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Howard and Liona Howard (Orr); his children, Patricia Howell and Bill England; and his siblings, William Howard, Tommy Howard, Austin Howard, Robert "Junior" Howard and Geneva Brock.
He is survived by: his significant other Alice England; his daughter Vicki Gross; his grandchildren, Jeff Gross (Mindy) of Watertown, NY, Tasha Mitchell (Phillip) of Lima, Cory Howell of Lima and Samantha Hockins (Joshua) of Lima; his siblings-in-law, Ed Howell and Darlene Howard; and his nieces and nephews, Gary Howard, Chastity Long, Wendell and Jenny Fuston. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
