He is survived by: his granddaughter Jai Butler (Chicago); his siblings, Tamara Walker (St Louis) of Columbus, Barbae Avery (Cleveland) of Columbus, Mea Thomas (Akeem) of Columbus, Tim Thomas (Cheryl) of Las Vegas, David Phillips (Memphis), Tony Williams (Monique) of Cleveland and Edgar Skinner (Columbus); and his friend Durrell Burden. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins & close friends.
