She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Henry and Geraldine Gerald Henry; and her brother Jay Gerald. She is survived by: her daughter Fleshia Collins of Lima; her stepdaughter Jennifer Wilson (Josh Ream) of Lima; her grandchildren, Melinda Jenkins, Austin Conrad, I, Larry House, Sha (Terra House) and Brittany House; her stepgrandchildren, Andrea Lynn, Nevaeh May Ross and Michael Lee McNeely, Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Kel Peddicord, Austin Conrad, II, Lariyah Housej, Ma'Leigha Conrad and Emiyla House.

Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home.
