She is survived by: her spouse Gary Carter; her children, Matt Carter of Lima, Jeff Carter of Ada, Alicia Schweda of Lima and Heather Carter of Lima; her grandchildren, Christopher Patrick, Thomas Gipson, Sophia Carter, Arrick Carter and Abigail Phillips; her great grandchildren, Riley Wreede and Kaiden Gipson; and her brothers, Ronald Bailey of Lima, Dwayne Bailey (Liz) of Cairo and Michael Bailey (Patti) of Lima.
