He was predeceased by: his stepgrandmother Debra Lyle. He is survived by: his father David; his stepmother Erin E. Burgess of Lima; his mother Debra; his stepfather Lonald Stachowiak of Lima; his siblings, Ashley Lyle, Bethany Burgess, Natalie Burgess, Taylor Burgess, Owen Burgess and Mason Burgess; his grandparents, Richard, Joyce Burgess of Lima, William Lyle of Lima and Barb Greene of Lima; his close friend Adam Fosnaugh; and his nieces and nephews, Colton, Dalton, Kenzington, Malakhi, Marcell and Makell. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
