He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Allyson Zanick; and his parents, Carol Bondra Zanick and Michael Zanick. He is survived by: his children, Travis Zanick (Amy) of Ernest, PA, Malori Zanick of Columbus Grove, OH and Troy Zanick (Diane Hilty) of Columbus Grove, OH; his grandchildren, Alexa and Kylie Zanick; his sister Tracey Andres (Michael) of Sebring, FL; his aunt Nancy Gulakowski (Chester); and his uncle Robert Bondra. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family which will benefit his children.
