It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deloris Carpenter (Lima, Ohio), born in Spencerville, Ohio, who passed away on November 21, 2019, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Edna Meeker; her children, Jim "Jimmy" Carpenter, III (Lisa) of Athens, GA and Miriam Carpenter of Bradenton, FL; her grandchildren, Shalin, MacLean, Matthias, Micah and Mackenzie Carpenter; her siblings, Thomas Meeker (Janice) of Eufaula and Lois Lee of Lima, OH.; her husband James M Carpenter, Jr.; her father Robert E. Meeker, Sr. (Ruth); her uncle Garland; her aunt Margaret Meeker; and her brothers, Louis Meeker (Thelma), Wilfred Meeker (Dot) and Robert Meeker, Jr. (Deanna). She was also cherished by 18 nieces and nephews and numerous great nieces and nephews.
