He was predeceased by: his parents, David Humphreys and Dorothy Humphreys (Craft); his brother Donald Humphreys; and his brother-in-law Randy Herriott. He is survived by: his wife Lois Jean Humphreys (Blaine); his daughters, Melissa Ann Oatman (Dave Owens) and Julie Lynn Keiser (Todd); his grandsons, Austin and Trevor Keiser; and his sister Darlene Herriott. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Sugar Creek Church of the Brethren or to St. Rita's Hospice.
