He is survived by: his children, Jamie Neer (Tana Howard) of Cridersville, Robb Neer (Amanda) of Cridersville, Steven Studer (Hellen Douglas) of Cridersville, Shane Neer of Cridersville, Denise Elder (Greg) of Van Wert, OH and Diane Studer of Lima; and his sisters, Judy Hoelscher (Jerry) of New Knoxville, OH, Pana Alexander of Sidney, OH and Sheila Zamvon (Joseph). He is also survived by 28 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren.
