It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dolores Ainsworth (Lima, Ohio), born in Wayne, Michigan, who passed away on October 11, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Cass J. and Zenobia M. Oleszkiewicz Staworzynski, Sr.; her son Lowell Deane Whitaker; and her brothers, Arthur M. Stanford and Cass J. Stanford.

She is survived by: her children, Evalyn M. Shaffner (Joe) of Lima, Deborah E. Leffler (Vernon) of Cardington, OH, Cass Charles Whitaker (Steve Lewis) of Melbourne, FL and Matthew Ward Whitaker (Paul Gonzales) of Findlay.

Memorial contributions may be given to the West Ohio Food Bank or St. Rita's Hospice.
