He is survived by: his parents, Iven "Glenn" and Gladys L. Phillips (Campbell); his spouse Joyce E. McKillip; his children, Mark D. Phillips (Pamela) of Cridersville, Kelli K. Phillips (Terry Wooddell) of Lima, Stacy J. Bower (Dion) of Lima and Julie A. Fegley of Convoy; his grandchildren, Jeremy Phillips, Cory Phillips (Lisa), Jason Goedde, Eric Phillips (Haley), Sean Phillips, Alyssa Fegley and Emily Fegley; his great grandchildren, Austin, Braylon, Kaylin, Haven, Adalynn, Cavence and Londyn; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Brittany, Brandon, Blake and Allie; his sister Glenna L. Kimmel of Lima; and his brother-in-law Robert Gibson of Buckland.
