He is survived by: his spouse Christina McCormick (Reser); his children, Donald McCormick Jr. of Lima, Antoinette Summa (Randy) of Waynesfield and Anna McGullion of Sieverville, TN; his daughter-in-law Teri Bakies of Lima; his grandchildren, Brandy Sanner (Shawn), Jessica Krites (Jake), Kayla McGullion, Collin McCormick, Jacoby McCormick and Nevaeh Sharky; his great grandchildren, Charlize Sanner, Kassidi Krites and London Eugene Sanner; his sister Linda Linton; his significant other Greg; his son Brent David McCormick; and also Shaky.
