He is survived by: his wife Jacquelyn Miller (Knopf); his children, Greg Miller and Cathy Butler (Steve); his grandchildren, Cayla Butler and Eric Butler; his brothers, William Miller (Carole), Robert Miller (Judy) and Clyde Miller (Rita); and his sister-in-law Anna Louise Hardesty (Joe). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
