She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy Dugan (Dan) of Cincinnati, OH, Janet Willoughby (Tom) of Saint Petersburg, FL and Betty Smith (Curt) of Lima, OH; her grandchildren, Chris Dugan, Pat Dugan, Matt Dugan, Kelly Donovan, Kyle Smith and Dru Smith; and her great grandchildren, Caleb, Parker, Avery, Jack, Hunter, Hannah, Joshua, James, Quinn and Drew.
