Fuchs (John) of Columbus; her stepchildren, Debra Morgan (Dave) of Findlay, Tamara Walker (Danny) of Wapakoneta, Brian Burget of Wapakoneta and Shawn Burget of Lima; her grandchildren, George Herold (Trisha), Christy Herold, Amy Herold, Matt Fuchs and Jennifer Fuchs; her stepgrandchildren, April Bates (Gary), Jason Walker and Melody Martin (Jason); her siblings, Darrell L. Barnes (Maxine) of Cridersville, Albert I. "Junior" Barnes (Marilyn) of Wapakoneta, Philip C. Barnes (Betty) of Pensacola, FL and Linda S. Ford of Duluth, GA.; and her son-in-law Raymond "Buzz" Herold.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Rita's Hospice.
