He was predeceased by: his parents, A. Leonard Bensman and Ruth A. Bensman (Landwehr); and his brother Anthony Bensman. He is survived by: his siblings, Jeffrey Bensman (Mary) of Lima and Christine Shepherd (Curtis) of Lima; his nephews, Timothy Bensman (Joyce) of Bethesda, MD, Richard Bensman (Laura) of Toledo and Anthony Shepherd of Stowe, OH; and his niece Colleen Shepherd of Bowling Green, OH. He is also survived by several great-nieces and a great-nephew.
