He was predeceased by: his parents, Enoch A. Smith and Betty Smith (Mullins). He is survived by: his daughter Carolyn Sue Clay (Gary) of Lima; his grandchildren, Shelley Ambroza (Eric), Ric Lyons (Nila), Vincent Clay (Stacy) and Trina Mell (Rick); his great grandchildren, Drew, Cydney, Abbey, Brock, Megan, John, Geoffry, Austin, Ava, Logan, Jason and Aliana; his great great grandchild Colton; and his siblings, Enoch Jones, Otis Jones, Bobby Jones, Elizabeth Miracle, Edna Fuson and Ailene Collins.
