She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Smith and Cornelia Christine Smith (Taylor); her husband Paul Scarrett; and her siblings, Edward, Carl, Larry, Anthony Smith and Joyce Smith.
She is survived by: her daughters, Penny Scarrett of Lima, OH, Sylvia Sargent (Joe) of Columbus Grove, OH, Tina Scarrett of Lima, OH, Paula Neel (Jerry) of Indianapolis, IN and Cindy Warren of Jacksonville, NC; her grandchildren, Renee Scarrett, Justin Sargent (Sean Kim), Jordon Sargent, Dacy Nuding (Chase), Kayla Roberts, Robin Phillips II (Taylore), Madison Neel, Ashley Neel, Heather Farr, Jerry Neel Jr., Chelsea Neel, Ashley O'tero (Adrian), Patrick Heffley (Mary), Corey Warren (Brittney) and Haley Warren; and her siblings, Terry Smith, Sandy Wallace (Herman) and Jeff McCloud. She is also survived by 23 great grandchildren.
